The short visual story about taste continued. The autumn is already in the air, so raspberry jam might be a good idea for the forthcoming long autumn evenings.
1 kilogram of raspberries
ca. 0,25 kilogram of sugar
This is the easiest recipe in the world. I’ve put the raspberries into the pot and added the sugar. After heating the pot just a little bit, the sugar dissolved making a sweet raspberry syrup. I have let the jam cool and then again heated it again (without boiling). Last step – putting the hot jam into sterilized jars and letting them cool upside down.
