This is the all time famous Mojo Rojo made by Paco – especially for our friend Alina.
For making Mojo Rojo – the delicious spicy sauce from Canary Islands – a lot of pepper is needed. I’m afraid different kind of pepper is used on the islands, but nevertheless it was worth trying to make the local Polish version. Enjoy this visual food story.
0.5 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of Hojiblanca olive oil
1 pinch of hard Spanish cheese – queso curado
